My problem: I want to the Almond as range extender in a hotel. The hotel server needs my user name and my password. The Almond is asking for the password only. How can I log in to the hotel server"

Unfortunately the Almond does not behave as a RADIUS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RADIUS) client,  so it is not compatible with your Hotel's configuration if it is using Radius.

Check with your Hotel though,  as some hotels,  only "fake" RADIUS,  in that they allow client devices to connect,  but require connected devices to access an internal webpage on the Hotel's Web Server to confirm acceptance of "Terms of Use" etc.  Without seeing the instructions required to connect to your Hotel,  I simply don't have enough information to make any recommendations for you.
