Hello
I bought my Almond on Jan 5, 2016 and everything was working fine until yesterday. Yesterday it was working but bandwidth seemed very low and so I thought I would factory reset it and set it up from scratch. Ever since the touch screen has stopped working and I can't get past the language choice screen. Can you help me?

Ensure you are using the Almond's power adapter and also turn off the device for a couple of minutes and connect it back to a different power outlet. Still no go, then reach our support team at support@securifi.com.
