What privileges does the Guest account provide compared to the standard (private?) network?

Well, the Guest Network facilitates the Network Owner (Almond user in this case) to provide limited surfing capabilities to a "Guest" or temporary network user. It would allow the "Guest" to get basic internet access (surf,download etc.) over the network, but restrict any advanced access like logging into the router, edit network settings etc. As the name suggests its designed for the "Guests".  :)
