I received my Almond+ today. Two problems.
1, The Ethernet connections are almost impossible to connect. They won't lock in.
2. Trying to login but Securify site won't send me a login email

We're aware that there's an issue with some cables, are you using the type with a dust/connector cover?
Did you try the one in the box? And did you make sure they click in twice? It's a bit odd and it's on us.
I'll check what's going on with your activation email, as that's not right. Same email that you use for the forums?

We've had some issues with he cloud service and we're working on getting them solved ASAP.
