Title: Echo Dot and Almond+

No matter what I do I cannot get the Echo Dot to discover my new Almond+.

I am using the Almond+ in range extender mode. The wireless function is working as I can connect multiple devices to it. I connected the Echo to the Almond's wireless network. Installed Alexa and Almond apps and added/enable the Almond for Smart Home skill and the Almond skill. But whenever I select discover devices in the Alexa app the Almond does not appear. The app does discover a camera that is not connected to the Almond+ so I know the app is functioning properly.

I was also able to pair a couple door sensors and alarm to the Almond+, so this Echo is really the last preliminary piece I need to get working.

Any ideas? This is getting so frustrating. Thanks!

Did you sign into your almond account, through the Alexa app, after enabling the Almond skills? What app discovers a camera?

As far as we know, we haven't experienced any issues integrating Almond+ with Alexa. Please send us the log files by tapping More-->Help-->Send Logs, so that we would check and see what is the root cause and get back to you with an update.
