Just installed my Yale YRD 240. Had several problems at first -- couldn't get it to join, etc. Then I unplugged the USB3 hard drive (read somewhere here about radio interference from USB cables), and finally it joined. Plugged the hard drive back in and it still seems to work. Time will tell.

Is that a ZigBee lock? If it's Z-Wave, then the USB 3.0 interference shouldn't have anything to do with it.

It is Zwave. I had forgotten that the USB issue was Zigbee only. I guess I was just persistent enough to finally get it to work...

Joined via z-wave without issues on R066. Able to see 20 user codes (though it supports 250) in the LCD and Android interfaces. Not supported on the web interface or iOS (8.1).

iOS support for locks should come in the next app release, which we're currently testing internally.

Mine shows up on the web interface.

Shows up, but the status is always unlocked in the web interface (but correct in the Android app). Again, also does not support user code modifications via the web (or iOS) interface, just in the LCD & Android apps.

We should have a new update of the cloud (connect.securifi.com) coming within the next week as far as I'm aware and hopefully that will address this problem. We're also working on a new iOS app which will have vastly improved lock support, but it'll be at least a couple of weeks before that's being submitted to Apple for approval.
