Title: Almond locked up - cannot reset

Recently my Almond stopped working and now won't let me get into the menu.

When I restart it, (and yes, I've hit the reset button, too), a Touch Screen Test comes up. After a minute or so 3 boxes come up 1 by 1 and I click each, then the screen comes up in my attached photo. From there---nothing. It will sit for days.

Any ideas?

Hi Bob,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you faced with the Almond. Just ensure that you are using the Almond's power adapter and try with a different power outlet. If you still  have the same issue then unplug it for 15 minutes and plug it back in and check.

If the issue is still not resolved then please contact our support team at (support@securifi.com) who would assist you with the replacement.
