Title: Rules editing and time

The rules for the sensors give you an option to either turn off/on etc after so many seconds. The max is 300 seconds which is only 5 minutes. This time needs to be expanded to minutes/hours because some lights you many want to turn off after they have been turned on then delayed 30min to an hour later to go off. Also once the rule is written you cannot edit it only delete it. It would be nice to be able to edit the rule and add new sensors to it as you expand.

They stated that editing the rules was coming, possibility of it being in the next build.

An option to edit the rules will be present in R071 which will released next week.

Just tried the editing in webui, and it works :D .
