Does the Almond+ support Beamforming? If it doesn't will it in a future firmware update? I asked back when the Kickstarter was going and got a response that it would, but I am not sure how to tell if it does. I got a TP-LINK Archer T9E and enabled Beamforming in the control panel but don't see a difference in my connection speed with it enabled.

There are multiple types of beamforming. The Almond+ doesn't support adaptivebeamforming, as it's not implemented in the Wi-Fi radios as QCA only added it in the generation of Wi-Fi radios that came out after the ones used in the Almond+. As such the Almond+ only supports transmission beamforming which isn't quite as good.
