I have to adjust my rules that control my lighting based on time twice a year to account for changes in the dawn and dusk times and daylights savings. I found a few posts from 2015 [1] and later indicating that rules will support automatic adjustment.
What is the status of implementing this?
Thanks.

Lucasrangit -- No one ever provided an answer to you on this?
I am having the same issue and have done the same thing in the past. Everything is off an hour even with it showing me in the correct timezone. I can not set the time via unit but I can via the admin web page. With that said, it reverts back to being off by an hour. I'm speculating but I bet the timezone delta is going to fix itself once we get past the first week in April -- when the clock used to change. I'm leaving my rules until then to see what happens.
It would be nice to see a response and an update to fix this though.
Cheers-

You can just use IFTTT for dawn/dusk rules. Ive had one set up since IFTTT was added to turn on and off my exterior lights.
