Title: Greetings From Indianapolis!!
Post by: ikeupinya on February 20, 2015, 05:25:47 pm
Hello everyone, I'm Rob & I became an Almond+ (router) user last month.  I'm looking forward to further automate many items in my 1st ever, new construction home.

So far, I have 2 x Cree Connected LED 2700k bulbs for my front porch light & for my backyard patio light & a GE Link LED 2700k bulb for a location TBD...also hoping for my Honeywell Wi-Fi colored touchscreen thermostat to join Securifi's official automation/sensor list soon.

Nonetheless, I love the what the last update brought to our routers so keep them coming!!!

Hey there. Is the honeywell device strictly wifi or does it have zigbee / z wave as well? I know some wifi devices will be supported, not sure what or when as I don't know if there is an official / published list of those yet.

Thank you!!! I like both bulbs but love the design of the Cree, with its little vents & how the lighting dissipates evenly...they are in use outdoors so hopefully they will last a good while.

As for the thermostat, I like its simple features & it's sleek modern design...

I love everything about my Almond+, was surprised it came in white instead of black but glad because it looks really classy!  So many features to name with so many more to come via simple updates makes this up there with smartphones as the best compact automation devices.

Hey, for my specific model, no zigbee/z-wave support but it can be supported through wink app & of course Honeywell app
