Title: router not working

Today I noticed my router was acting weird. Clock wasn't working and one of the apps were popping up randomly saying something about dnz... I restarted it and now it won't get past the securifi load screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

@ Darcyjwcc,

Please try the following to see if that helps in resolving the issue.

1) Unplug the Almond for 20 minutes and plug it back in and check.

2) Reset the Almond to factory default settings. To do so, press and hold the reset button (just above the power plug) for 10 seconds and release it.

If the above instructions doesn't help then please do get in touch with our support team at support@securifi.com to get the unit replaced.
