Title: Rule based on sunset. City incorrect

I'ver got an almond+  I'm trying to set up a rule to turn a light on at sunset. The rule works fine but my problem is that I live in Mississippi but the weather on the almond is based on Prescott, AZ. I've changed the timezone to central,  Chicago and tried syncing with the browser but it doesn't change even after reboots. I'm currently running  r90. Any help is appreciated.
