Title: ALMOND WORKED FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW SUCKS

I HATE THIS THING.  I HAVE TO RESET IT CONSTANTLY.  IPHONE DOESN'T RECOGNIZE IT.  WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY.  IF I DON'T GET ANSWERS QUICK, I WILL START POSTING ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER, GOOGLE + AND LINKEDIN.  i DO NOT WANT TO SORT THROW CRAP.  JUST FIX THE STUPID THING!

There's a freephone number and they should be able to help you sort out any problems you're having, as well as arrange a replacement unit if needed.
