Title: Cannot connect to ALmond App on my Samsung Note 4

I have the Basic Almond Router/Range Exterder and I downloaded the Almond app and it states to run the wizard and put in a code but it NEVER gives me a code?!? Also when I try to logon locally it says I cannot connect but I can connect on my Windows 7 PC and my iMac with OS X El Capitan. Any suggestions?!?

@ termnator1964,

Cloud access is provided only for Almond 2015 and Almond+ not for the Almond 2012.
