My screen on my Amond 2015 started displaying things distorted a few days ago. At first I thought the time font had changed to italics, but then when it changed to the next minute, it was unreadable. Then it changed again and was readable. I went through the menus and they were all shifted to the left about a quarter inch and the touch didn't align with the icon. I unplugged it for 30 seconds and restarted it a few times, and the Almond logo was corrupted and not readable. The issue comes and goes, but consistently at least one item is distorted somewhere. I've attached a screen shot of the time with the settings gear distorted to show you an example. I can supply more if needed. Thanks.

I would contact support. By email at first so you could send the picture.

Thanks. I did post an image, but you have to be logged in to see it. I sent an email with this information and the image to support as suggested.

Oh, I could see the image. I just mentioned emailing support because calling them on the phone might make it trickier to describe than just emailing them with it attached so there was no question of what you were seeing.
