Title: Aeon Labs Multisensor Gen5

I got the latest version of this sensor and it does get detected by Almond+ but unfortunately none of the functions work.

As soon as its detected, it give me the option of choosing what type of sensor it is; luminance, humidity, multi, other... etc. Some posts mentioned that selecting as 'Other' made it work as Motion but it did not work for me. Tried all options and it does not work. My main goal was motion out of the whole 6 but would love to see all 6 working or at least play with some rules based on presence + lux levels and adjust the lights accordingly.

Any support from Securifi on this sensor? My Almond+ is up to date btw.

@ kareemruhi,

Remove the sensor and ensure the distance is not more than 1 mt while adding, then select the type as Multi sensor. If you are facing any issues after that then please do hit send logs.

Is this version is partially supported ?

I got a gen4 that work weel but i need more now and I want to be sure that if I'm buying Gen5, it will work !

We added support for Gen5, and shouldn't be facing any issues.

Hi Ashok,

It did not work. Still no motion is being detected. Just sent my logs.

@ Kareemruhi,

Thank you and I just got some update on this. Remove the sensor and add it again, then press the Pairing button 3 times so that it would send the complete configuration files to the Almond+ which would solve the issue.

If you are still facing any issues then please do send the logs using the LCD (Help-->Send Logs).

Unfortunately, It did not work. I've sent my logs and i got feedback from your staff that it hasn't been tested before? However, they said they will get back to me within 24 hours. Fingers crossed you guys will have a solution or add support to it as its really an awesome multisensor if it works

I just tested it at our end again, Motion is working perfectly with out any concerns. I would update our support team on this to proceed accordingly with you for a solution.

BTW, 4 minutes is the default. You change this to be between 1 and 255 seconds or between 4 and 255 minutes.
