Title: Newly released software AL1-R199-L301-W33

Can you tell us what is in this software release? I cannot (easily) find a FAQ or README. It would be super beneficial if things like that were included on this page: http://www.securifi.com/software-update

We fixed a couple of potential security issues and updated the German and Japanese translations.
It's recommended that you update to this version.

I just received my Almond+ and I received a notice with it saying that there was a new firmware released since shipment and that I should update it, but when I run the software update, it tells me that it's up to date. Is AL1-R199-L301-W33 newer than AP2-R058-L009-W014-ZW014-ZB004?

Apologies, that was a mistake by our support team. You have to let them know you have an Almond+ and not an Almond, or these kind of issues will happen.
We'll be issuing a new firmware for the Almond+ in a couple of weeks that will ad a lot of functionality.
