Title: Touch Screen broken, warranty request?

I received the my Almond+ in the first (non-beta) shipment, and I've been running it since that point.  The touch screen has been having issues, I was hoping the recent firmware update would fix it, but no luck, it seems like it's not detecting keypresses at all, or if it is, only in the lower left section of the screen.

How can we fix this, or get a replacement device?
