I have setup mine A+ yesterday, I am quite happy with everything except using LCD screen.
When I was setting up I had to use stylus to type in few letters, number. Every time I had to remove double typing of characters, it was kind of frustrating when password or unique id gets messed up.
I guess this happens because of screen film/surface is two much fluffy and I could see clearly that screen goes up and down when stylus used to touch/type in. Is that mine A+ or is it LCD quality is as it is?

Considering we're using resistive touch screens, this is a fairly common downside. It shouldn't be quite as bad as you describe it though, but if you're used to using a capacative screen as most of us are these days, it does take a little while to get used to.

But why it just typing double or triple time when I only press once? That just not once, it does almost for every stylus tap

I experienced similar issues, where it took me several tries to enter my almond cloud account info during setup. Since then I've just used the web interface for anything requiring typing (renaming sensors for example). The letters are just too small to hit accurately, and the screen is too spongy, where it's just not worth trying to do it on the touchscreen.

That's really surprising, as we haven't really noticed this with any of the units we're using internally.
We're aware that the keyboard needs some work and that on some rare occasions you end up with double letters, but it shouldn't be this bad.
I'll bring this up and see what we come up with.

I'll occasionally get double-taps on the keyboard while using the stylus and typing fast. It looks like there needs to be a repeat delay on the keyboard. If I press anything for more than a tiny bit, it repeats like crazy.
I think this can be resolved with a software update.

Double type happened to me until updated to the new firmware. Drove me nuts. Hasn't happened once since I updated.
YMMV

Anyone else have the LCD lock-up completely? Won't respond to touches even after reboot.
I tried tapping different buttons every 4-5 seconds after they first appeared, alternating fingertip and stylus taps.
Eventually it goes black and won't wake-up at all, unless you soft reboot or power-cycle which just restarts the same issue-- unresponsive LCD.

My LCD misplaces the touch. I touch in the middle of the screen and it's like I've been pressing the bottom and it's impossible to use the "back" button, because when I hit the topmost part is like I'm pressing in the middle of the screen.

Presumably a hard reset doesn't fix this issue?
Please email support@securifi.com and we'll sort it out.

From his post, it sounds like a calibration issue.

Maybe, but it might be a faulty screen or something that's gone wrong with the driver.
Let's see.

Hi!
The hard reset doesn't fix the issue. I've just sent an e-mail to support.
Thanks
