Just got this one paired, asked if it was flood or smoke.  Reports just fine on the router when i dip it in water.  Pretty good price if you didn't get in on the zigbee sensors from the kickstarter offer (29.99(

Huh, you're right.  It's like twenty dollars less than the everspring, too!

Strange, but hey, as long as you got it for a steal  ;D

That said, the volume is about 5x of the SZ-WTD01 (ZigBee) that we offered....
It might have better battery life with three AA batteries compared to two CR2032's, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Amy way to see battery percentage from Almond+ app on android? The Ecolink  motion shows percentage battery status fine but not this Utilitec sensor. Thanks.
