Since installing Almond+, I have on;y one way audio. Outgoing. I don't hear any received audio. Replacing Almond+ with my old router restored the VOIP service.

Apologies about this, we're aware of the issue and we're working on trying to fix it.

I know you are aware of it and working on it.
I'd just like to add that I see the same thing with another company called voipo.
These two voip providers probably function the same way and a fix for one will fix both. Just wanted to make it known.

Never mind!!! I actually figured it out on my own. Still surprised I had to configure anything.
