Hello,
I am trying to update the firmware on my Almond+ but I cannot get past the login screen.
I have tried (repeatedly with the same results):
1. Hard reset
2. Login Screen Loads
3. Enter default credentials
4. Browser sits there and eventually gets a timeout
5. Cannot access web UI again until
6. Cold Reset
7. WebUI will not load at all
Tried in FF(31),Safari(7.1), Chrome(36)
The System Log has one error message:
AlmondPlus user.info sysinit:MRT_DEL_MF errno(2): No such file or Directory

Most probably this would happen because of the incorrect username and password, please try username and password as "root" for both in lower case and you can also tap "Status"-->"Web Admin" to get the default username and password. If both fails then please try a hardware reset and check.

Thanks for the reply but I was able to get past the login screen after multiple tries in different browsers but now I receive a timeout when loading any other screen including the update firmware. The only way to clear the "stuck" session is by doing a hard reset. The System Log does not provide any other errors. Is there any other way to pull logs or connect directly to the Almond to get some type of diagnostic info.

I was able to get around the problem by configuring the Almond+ on it's own network with just my laptop.
