Did anybody get the iOS app to work? I tried to login using my account but no dice.
The error I'm getting is "Sorry! Could not complete the request."
I know my login info is correct because I check it on your website (https://connect.securifi.com)

I can't get it to work either, I get an error saying" Oops Sorry! Could not complete the request. My Almond+ is accessible from https://connect.securifi.com/home and is working ok when I run a diagnostic on it.
I am using OS X 10.10 DP7 & IOS 8, the Almond+ is running R065.

Hello.
Either the app could not connect to cloud at that time or the email having some characters that ios app still does not support.
Was your phone using wifi or cellular to connect to the Internet? If cellular service available, could you disable wifi on your phone and try connecting again using cellular. This step helps to isolate the problem.
If its ok, please give email address, so we can see if there are any characters that are still unsupported.

I tried and it didn't work on cellular, I've just sent you a message with my email in it.

Ok, I've fixed it, I changed my password so it was shorter & I cut out some characters that it may not have liked.
All is ok now, thanks.

Some special characters in username/password are causing the login problem. If you try with simple username/password with alpha-numeric characters it should work. We are fixing this and soon will release next version with a fix.

Did something just change on the Securifi server? I can neither log in via the iOS app or the web. Any attempt to hit the 'forgot password' link results in a "The password reset link was invalid. Please return to the login page and start the password reset process again" message.
Thanks for any help or info.
EDIT - app and web login now work, but cloud is being very very slow. Guess something's going on in the server.
