Title: Time on home screen and setting it from lcd ui

Like to be able to see the routers clock in lcd ui, and set clock/ timezone / ntp servers / force sync from lcd settings.  Time can be an issue with vpn/ssh certs and home automation and sensors

If you run the Diagnostics app, the Almond+ will force update the time for the NTP server you selected in the web UI.
The time and weather apps will be ported over to the Almond+ though, we just haven't had a chance to do it yet.
