Title: WiFi speed and VPN issues in R066

I've been going back and forth between R065 and R066, trying to debug WiFi performance and PPTP VPN access.

On R065, I get 115Mbps download on my laptop and 75Mbps on my iPhone 5s.
On R066, these drop to 50-60Mbps on both devices. This is all while sitting at the same desk the router is sitting on.

Also, the update to R066 wipes VPN server settings to the defaults and these settings don't restore from a settings backup/archive. If I manually reconfigure, I still can't get the router to respond at all from my iPhone-as-VPN-client.

I've gone back to R065 for now as a result, since I've been enjoying the speed and VPN reliability of the prior version.

We update the VPN config file slightly . So those VPN related configuration files won't be there after firmware upgrade with keep settings.
