i just upgraded to the R066 update but every time i try to access the web interface the system locks up. the device screen goes blank and i have to physically restart the device. is this a known issue or is anyone else having this same issue? (update it wasnt just when accessing the web interface. did a factory reset and was able to get back into the device)

It's not a known issue and not something we've seen. Can you try to do a hard reset and see if that helps?

i did a hard reset and its working again. although i need to find out what i did to fix some latency issues with plex. its really choppy now.
