Title: Upgraded to R066 now Almond will not connect to internet

I have charter internet with a motorola modem model SB6121. It was working great before the upgrade and now I can't get it to connect. I tried putting it back to R065 and that didn't work.

Can you try something for me?
Go back to R066, tap in Status in the LCD UI, then Network. In the top right corner you'll see WAN IP Address, tap on release, then renew to force renew the routers IP address from the cable modem.

I'm having the same problem as before with the new update.

I managed to get it to work last time by pushing the factory reset button on the top of the Almond. That doesn't seem to help this time around.

I did. That didn't help so I tried the reset button. It worked the last time but not this time.
