Does your ISP need any other setting to get connected other then that PPPOE username and password ?

which router you had used before ? is that a modem/ ADSL router ?

I have asked my ISP and according to them the solution is to configure the Almon+ as a null modem .  :-\   :o
My old router was a wireless router  v2 11n FTH Comtrend.

Hey i'm in the same situation as divpower, i'm spanish and i have the same ftth provider : movistar . Here it is the log when trying to set up PPPoE, an original router configuration screenshot(in same router as divpower) which works, and an almond plus' screenshot while trying to set PPPoE up

Thanks for the help!! :)

Hi,

You need vlan tagging to support a movistar ftth connection. Please search for vlan in another thread (EDIT: http://forum.securifi.com/index.php/topic,1561.15.html). It's not already supported. And it's unclear if it's going to be supported in the next firmware update. Openwrt supports this in other routers.

I'm also waiting for that. For now, you can use the almond+ as an access point.
