Title: Changing parameters of z-wave devices

Is there a way (even hackish) to set the various parameters of z-wave devices from the Almond+?
I bought a few fibaro devices (motion sensors and wall plugs) which have extensive configuration options and I would like to set them up without having to connect them to another controller first.

If this is not currently possible, then this would be a welcome addition for future versions (but I imagine this is already on the todo list).

It's something I've been pushing for, but as of right now, I don't know of any way that this can be done.
It's going to take some time to do though, but I understand the need for it.
