Ok, so I got a list of sensors that will be supported in the rules UI in the next firmware release.
It should make things a good bit more usable than it is now, as it includes most of the sensor types we're supporting, but maybe not everything.
BinarySwitch
MultilevelSwitch
BinarySensor
MultilevelSwitchOnOff
DoorLock
Thermostat
StandardCIE
MotionSensor
ContactSwitch
FireSensor
WaterSensor
GasSensor
VibrationOrMovementSensor
KeyFob
SmartACSwitch
FloodSensor
DoorSensor
Siren
BinaryPowerSwitch
SecurifiSmartSwitch
There might be more additions before that release is out, but I just want to show that we're working on adding more things and that progress is being made.

Good to know !

Lars looking for the Linear garage door controller to be added too.

Thanks Lars!
@Baldo, I know they are adding support for this, don't know when it will be. I believe there a few different models though so I am not sure if they will all be supported if one is. I too am looking for a garage door controller to include eventually into my whole system.

Yeah, we need to add that as a supported device to start with, this is simply what's coming for the rules UI.
-
I have the garage controller being delivered today to start testing to see if it will work. I will let you know what I find out.
-
Lars, any idea about support for security controllers?
-
Still no support for secondary controllers. We need to create UI's for these things and that's not something that's done in five minutes, especially as we have zero experience with security products like this.

def waiting on this to happen have a AEON Labs Minimote i want to use to turn scenes on and off and so on..
