Title: How to reset zwave jasco switch (zw4001)

I had to remove all the devices on my A+ because I was having issues with one of my ge link bulb. I was able to add everything back by resetting the devices first but I am having problem re-adding the zwave jasco on/off switch. Does anyone know how to reset the jasco zwave switch?

Is this your only Z-Wave device?
Go to Add Sensor in the LCD UI, tap on Remove, then do the pairing process for the switch and the LCD should show a message that an unknown sensor has been removed.
Now you can tap on Add and add the switch back.
