Title: Timed rules error

I attempted to set a rule for overnight (8PM - 5AM) and got an "invalid time selected" error.  Why would this be considered invalid, at lot of rules may apply over night?  I' changed it to 11:59pm and it works fine.

Also, can events be delayed more than 300 seconds (5 minutes)?  I wanted to delay somethin 20 minutes but 5 minutes is as high as it would let me go.  Seems like an arbitrary restriction.

If I remember right the can't have a rule going over midnight should be fixed next update. Can't remember what post that was in. It is stated at the bottom of the rules wiki they are working on a fix.

As far as I know more then five minutes will be allowed, don't remember what post that was in either.
