Title: Screen Burn-in

So last night I spent some time configuring the A+ UI by setting up permissions to the various screens, and turning on the weather widget.  I was a bit surprised to see that there is no movement (around the screen) with the weather data. 

I do like the widget, but my question is, with this type of screen, what are the expectations with regards to screen burn-in by leaving virtually the same image on the screen all the time?

IME LCDs are very difficult to cause burn in on. It is nothing like CRTs used to be. Even when a visual error happens it is usually an "over stimulated" pixel. Those can be corrected readily. If the weather app changes even a couple times over the week... You should be OK. Although I think this would be an opportunity for Securifi to make a more "animated" app to draw the eye... Or maybe switch to a scrolling news feed... Or switch between apps on a regular basis...

That's kinda what I figured, however, I've even had cell phones get burn-in over time, specifically with the notification bar.

Ideally, I'd like to see the time and weather apps alternate, which would help remedy this issue, and allow us to have the best of both worlds.  Or another thought, would be within the weather app, if it alternated between the temp screen (current) and a forecast.

OK, ok, I know, I know.  It's all still very new and things are in the works.  Just throwing out ideas.

I was thinking along the lines of a scrolling news app, one of the items that repeatedly cycles through being the weather. Especially if it actually looked like it was rolling up through the news... Anyways, keep up the interesting ideas. The Ideas and Feature Request section has tons of interesting ideas.
