Title: Time Zones after R070as

I need some assistance after updating my firmware to R070as.  The time zone is correct (America/New York) however, the time is 5 hours ahead.

Change the time zone to something different save it then return it to the correct time zone and sabe it again.

Do you know if the Cloud Service is down?  Now my Almond+ can't seem to connect to my Cloud Account.
