Title: German Translation R070as beta

Changed Almond+ language to german and noticed some spelling, translation and formatting errors at first glance. If desired I would look more precisely on the weekend.

A few things:
- inconsistencies in spelling: e.g. 2,4Ghz  vs 2,4-GHz; Gastnetzwerk vs. Gast Netzwerk
- spelling errors: e.g. Erweitert Einstllung ->Erweiterte Einstellung; Gastnetzwerk Akiv -> aktiv
- Repeater Tab -> <No Tag>
- Help/ Hilfe : bad translation
- translation errors: e.g. Settings/Einstellung -> Display -> "Stift" is wrong. should be "PIN"
- formatting errors: e.g. missing letters at the end, bad line breaks

Note that this was just the first rough translation of the LCD UI and we're working on improving things.
Regardless, thanks for the heads up, as there's most likely a lot of things we've missed, as translation work is hard.
