Title: Software Update and Freeze

Hello,

I set up my Almond as a Range Extender with another Almond router. It connected without a problem. Then I tried to update the software. The Extender downloaded the software and rebooted and then froze on the SECURIFI screen. This is the second unit that this has happened to me with.

I've tried the reset button after leaving the unit for 20 minutes locked on the SECURIFI screen and nothing happens. Am I returning this unit too?

mine freeze too after firmware update  but no more warranty.

I have the same issue and I am out of warranty.

Try to get in touch with our support team at (support@securifi.com) with order details, I am positive they would try their best to help even though unit is OOW.
