Title: Need Zones for Devices

We need to be able to create zones of devices instead of creating a separate rule with the same action for each device.  Either that or add "OR" functionality to the rules rather than "AND".  This should be a simple addition of a code snippet where we would select devices and select "AND" or "OR" to make rules more versatile.
