This morning, I could not log into the IOS App nor connect.securifi.com. Now I can but both interfaces say both devises are Offline when I click to view router, and no sensors respond. Everything was working perfectly until today. This is very frustrating since I am traveling and cannot control anything.
Ideas please??

Same problem here this morning, but since a couple of hours everything is up again. Cloud-problem?

Ever since the issue this morning both interfaces web and iOS are telling me almond is offline. I can see both routers are in fact connected to their networks. Wish something could be done as I have no physical access bc I am traveling.

If you set up a VPN or just direct WAN 80 access, you can use the luci web interface to control it remotely.

That defeats being able to control from iOS app. How can both routers on 2 different networks just stop working????

The cloud seems to be down for me all weekend.

yep,me too

Me three. The android app and connect site both show incorrect status info for my thermostat. The app says "Almond offline" when trying to change anything.
Thanks

Seems like the cloud was down a lot this weekend and is down again now. I was travelling this week and relaying on some functions so it is quite frustrating. Reliability of the cloud is a big deal. Hope they get it ironed out soon.

What is the status of this???? Can anyone from Securifi chime in and give us an update? My ios app still says both of my Almonds are offline when in fact they are not!!!
Very frustrating.

Apologies!!! cloud has been pretty rough last month, but you wont experience these down times anymore.
Please update your firmware to R72, where we improved our re-connection logic with the cloud, so that it automatically reconnects to the cloud without any manual reboot. Sometimes time sync fails, so even after the reboot, you have to run diagnostic app to re-establish the cloud connection. We are addressing this problem in the next firmware release.

im convinced this product is bunk. unless i physically restart my router every day it is offline all the time.
