Unable to access my A+..
-
Nope, just tested and it's working, albeit a little bit slow at the moment.

I, too had been unable to access my almond+ through the cloud. The diagnostic showed no issue but the app couldn't connect. Restarting the router fixed it for now.

I can't even access it locally through the web browser, just hangs at "Lua configuration interface". Is there a way to send a reboot command? I don't have physical access to it.

Cloud has been down all weekend for me. On 70as firmware. Rebooted router locally. Did not help.

You can try by SSH, if that doesn't work you'll need to powercycle it...

I have seen this happen to me a couple of times. It doesn't load the router homepage and you can't login. If you hit shutdown in the LCD, it says restarting and waits there forever. It happened to me twice over the past month. Removing the power and putting it back fixes it. Is this a known bug ?

Same here. App hasn't worked since at least Sunday. Touch screen and web interface work fine. I tried a reboot and a hard restart, no luck.

Is there a definite way to test if the cloud is down?
Router is connected to internet, mobile is connected to internet, nota able to change sensors' state, red cloud icon on Almond app :( :( :(

Apparently, it's very unstable.
I hadn't noticed it, because the app connected just fine, but I didn't get any notifications.
Now all of a sudden, the started coming in.
So it's very hard to tell if everything is working OK because even if it connects, some other functionality may be gone.
Which makes it dangerous, because you might think everything is OK, but somebody could be emptying your house without you knowing it...

The most reliable experience I have gotten over the past week is by simply running a cron job to restart the router every day. (my cron is 3 30 * * * reboot) . So essentially my router restarts itself every day at 3:30AM . Not an ideal solution, but I dont have to worry about the router flaking when I am downloading something or in a web conference
