Title: R72 Setting Time issue
Post by: joltdude on April 03, 2015, 08:27:59 am
For some reason, the Almond + doesn't want to let me do a Sync with Browser anymore or let me change the hour on the time...
I already have set OpenWRT to the proper timezone... Grrrh

In short Almond | System | System has a Sync with browser that no longer will correct the hours.. and the timezone is already correct...

Anyone else having this issue?

Have you tried from within the rules UI? Click to create a rule and there's an option there to set the time at the top of the page.

That was an interesting workaround but it worked. Thanks Lars

Same problem, but the rules UI worked. However everytime the Almond is rebooted I have to do this. For some reason when rebooted the time defults to around 2200 hours with the date of the second of March.

Odd, I have not had that problem, in fact, the time has been pretty solid. Regardless, I've let the software team know, as this is a very strange issue.

Seeing the same problem with R072 in AP mode.  Could it be an AP only problem versus router mode problem?

Yes, that's possible, good catch, I'll ask the software team to test it.
