Title: Firmware Update problem?

I was trying to update my Almond+ (My Current Version Reads : AP2-R070-L009-W016-ZB005).
However I always get a message my FW is upto date and no new firmware is available.

How do I update to R072?

Please run the diagnostics once and then try to update the software, if you still have the same issue then please get in touch with our support team at (support@securifi.com).

All the test pass expect from cloud... (first and the last)... but I am not using the cloud connectivity feature anyway.

Diagnostics would try to sync the time, which has actually resolved few issues with updating the software. However, as you have sent an email to our support team (support@securifi.com), I would ensure that your issue is taken care off.
