Title: Terrible coverage

I have a 700 sq ft apartment and can hardly get reception accross the room the almond plus is in, in the bedroom I can't even connect.
I'm running the latest firmware and there is nothing physically blocking the signal
The 2.4g and 5g are both equally terrible
I have rebooted and reset - no change
Anybody else have this problem or know a solution?

You may have an issue with the hardware of Almond+. Please get in touch with our support team (support@securifi.com) who can get your unit replaced.
