I am on R72 from the day it was released. No issues until yesterday when the android app stopped showing status of all the devices. Also can not control the devices as well
I ran the diagnostic test on lcd panel and restarted but still same issue. Also checked with different phones, they all have lost device status updates.
-
Any update on this?
I still can not see the status or control any devices through android app.
Thanks

@ medatom,
Try to login to connect.securifi.com and then check if you are able access your devices. I hope you are able to control the devices through LCD and Web UI of Almond + and also request you to send the log files mentioning android app not working. So that I could check with our team and get back to you.

I am having the same problem have checked through https://connect.securifi.com/home too doesn't connect or show status there too.....

@ Sharad,
We regret the inconvenience caused. I just rechecked the Andriod App and Connect.securifi.com both are working and showing the status correctly for me. Could you please check if the Almond+ status shows "Internet Connected" and if the internet is working fine, meanwhile, I will try to check with our cloud team.

1.If I login to connect. Securifi.com, It says I don't have any sensors yet.
2. I can see all the devices in lcd interface and able to control them.
3. The diagnostic tests came up fine.
4.I can control the devices using the ip address of router locally.
I don't know how to send the log files.
Thanks

@ medatom,
Thank you for providing information, tap on Help-->Send logs (mention no sensors detected).
-
I'm also having this issue. Same with my Android app and connect.securifi says no sensors. Also my iPad app says no sensors added yet.
-
@ all,
I got a confirmation from our Cloud team that there is no issue with the Cloud Server and everything is up and running. Any one having issues in accessing the sensors through Connect.Securifi.com and through App, make sure the Almond+ is connected to the internet under status it should say "Internet Connected" even after that facing the same issue then hit send logs (Help-->Send Logs) by mentioning the issue. Also, please make sure that we are able to access the sensors through LCD UI and Web UI.

I can access throug the webui and the lcdui, but not through the apps. I send my logs. I used the name of forum post for my description.
-
Also, sent the log. Comment was " devices not showing up in app".
Thanks for any help.

Same problem for me ... webui works, lcd works, cloud shows no sensors, apps shows no status and does nothing. Been this way the last couple of days now.

Can you please send us logs? Is Almond online/offline in Router tab? Please try rebooting the Almond and if it still did not solve the issue, our support team will arrange a call with you to look more deeper.

Rebooted and no change. Diagnostics all pass. Shows Internet connected. I sent logs referenced "no sensors".
All worked a few days ago. No changes to router, rules, etc and suddenly this occurred/
Clearly several people have just started having this identical problem in the last few days.

I was emailed outside the forum and they found one of devices that isn't supported yet was causing problems. I was told the cloud service was patched and I should be able to add it back. Just in case anyone was wondering.

Well, that's just great. I ordered this a few days ago based upon forum post content.*
It occurs to me the supported sensors page on the Wiki should state the minimum FW rev that supports each sensor.
Thanks for the feedback though. @sjd4, what FW rev are/were you running when it caused problems for all sensors?
