Or sensors on either of my 2 + routers. What is going on? I can not reboot remotely from PC or iPhone.

Is everything working at the LUI? Can you reboot them from there? The phone app needs a cloud connection presently. For the PC are you going to the router IP or to the cloud site?

I connect through https://connect.securifi.com/ and the iPhone app. I do not know what a cloud connection is.
I have surveillance cameras that lose connection to the Almond extender once in a while and I need to reboot to re-connect. This works fine by pulling the plug and it used to work through PC and iPhone app.

I looked into backend, you are using old firmware of Almond less than R072? There are some cloud-connection related issues in earlier version of firmware, please update your firmware on the Almond to the latest, you will rarely face this connection issue.

@GaryJ, Sorry its not the latest version. At the moment LCD update might not be working. Ok now I have R072 and both the web and iPhone app appear to be working. Thank you.
