Does anyone have a T-Mobile 4G LTE Cellspot active on their A+?

Yes. I installed one about 1 week ago and it is working quite well.

Any details?
Had tried working with an ATT hotspot and a regular Almond without luck.

It was a very simple set up and went without a hitch, according to the T-Mobile Cell Spot instructions. There is a GPS antenna connected to the device and this needs to be placed at a window. So, this limits where you might locate it. Once it is connected and turned on, it downloads and uploads for several minutes (instructions state it could take up to 2 hours). It improved my cell service inside my house in a major way: from getting 1 to 2 bars to being able to get 4 to 5 bars, depending on how close I am to the device. I am very impressed with it.
Let me know if you need anything further.

I did the basic setup but during incoming and outgoing calls the I cannot hear anyone but they can hear me. Ive gone through two Cellspots and the issue remains. Did any of you with working TMo Cellspots change any of your settings or just plug and talk?

I guess I got lucky, then. I have not had issues like you describe (yet). It was just "plug and play" for my device.
