Title: Can't see Sensors, Scenes, or Rules since R83 update
Post by: jensenrob91 on December 28, 2015, 05:57:31 pm
Ever since i updated to R83 on my Almond+ I haven't been able to see sensors, scenes, or rules. It says "Reading Sensors data please wait". I've tried clearing my cache and rebooting the device. Its setup as ap mode and the firewall is disabled. I use a pfsense router/firewall and all ports should be allowed. Any ideas?

Update: I'm able to see it on the android app but now in the WebGui. Also I can't connect to the Almond+ using the local connection have to use cloud option.

I just did now, thank you. Let me know if you find out anything. I tried calling a few days ago but the support line ran busy.

@ jensenrob91,

I am sorry about that, and we ensure to give the return call for any call we missed, however, you may try changing the Almond+ Web UI password to something simple with out any special characters and then check by rebooting the Almond+ that should resolve the issue.

@ jensenrob91,

I'm not sure what you're talking about. How do i do that? Also support never responded to my email.

It is very strange, because the kind of tracking system our support team has got, no email response would be missed may take at least 24 hours, but the response would be sent with out fail. Try to make sure that you sent an email to support@securifi.com, if yes, then check in other folders like Spam, Junk etc..,

Now coming to the solution of the issue, tap on Status-->Web Admin--> change the password to something simple with letters and numbers, ensure no special characters. And then login to the Web UI.
