I logged into the connect.securifi.com portal and saw the option to block users, I tried to block a rogue iphone on my wireless but it still said 0 devices blocked. I noticed the save icon and pressed it but it still says that there are 0 devices blocked.
I tested on my phone and sure enough, it kills internet access, but it doesn't register on the portal or on the touchscreen that my device is blocked so I can't unblock it. I realize this is a newer feature that securifi is testing out, this seems like it is still a WIP.

Ideally, if we blocked the user it should show up on the LCD app "Users", could you please check and see if blocked user is listed to unblock it.

No users show up in the blocked list on the touch screen. I think I hosed some setting in the router and now it's not passing traffic for any devices connected hardwired or wireless. I'll call support in the morning.

If we are not seeing any devices under "Users" that means the Almond+ is not in Router mode. IF it is in RE or AP mode, disable it and re-enable it back that should take care of the issue.

I just got the update for now we removed that option from Connect.Securifi.com. See, if you could perform a factory reset on the Almond+ device which should take care of the issue.
