Hi, I purchased the almind plus 2nd hand and hooked it up everything works but i can not unlink the previous account.
has anyone had this problem.
It gives me an erroe stating unlink failed.

Try to make sure that the software on the Almond+ is R83, run the diagnostics and sync the time through Time app and then try to unlink. If it still fails PM me the cloud account you see on the device.
