Title: Almond+ Screen not working - types incorrect letters

Hi,
We just set up the Almond+ and when trying to rename, the touchscreen types incorrect letters. For example, when pressing DEL, it will type k. Maybe after 17ks in a row, pressing DEL will actually delete it.  ??? This happens with both the stylus and finger.

Did a firmware update but it didn't make a difference.

Any suggestions?

It is an issue with the calibration and requires a replacement, please do reach our support team at (support@securifi.com).
